Who ran in 1993?

Who ran in Italy in 1993? I am convinced that when Carlo Azeglio Ciampi meets the prosecutors, saying that it had heard nothing of that that his own government was doing, be sincere. And I am convinced that Giovanni Conso is an honest man, though not exactly a statesman, and say, too, felt that that was the truth: I erased the prison term for the Mafia in order to send a conciliatory signal to stop the massacres. He was talking, if not treated. But if these two men tell the truth, the question is, who ruled in that year tragic and decisive? Who is the smart, or rather, the Christian Democrat, is Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, which almost seems to suggest the agreed version, that helps its conscience and the lie, which is useful to pollute the evidence: Conso acted on humanitarian grounds. Imagine! But denies Conso and repeats, like a gentleman.

The issue is crucial, not at all historical. It weighs in the present. I propose, then, an annotated chronology. He takes us to an area with a high risk in a national black hole in the brothel where he was conceived this bastard Second Republic.

There are two positions we have incurred, both false: a. Mafia bombs were used to intimidate and stop the forces of change; b. those massacres were against the government Ciampi (it supports the person) and subsided making out and taking advantage of the pending negotiation, through Vito Ciancimino, with Italy Force. That these arguments are false is shown by the calendar.

Giovanni Falcone was assassinated on 23 May 1992. On 19 July following blows Paolo Borsellino. Giulio Andreotti and ruled the first explosion took Scalfaro at the Quirinale. We know, by collaborators of justice, that Falcone could easily be coupled in a Roman restaurant, but you chose the big bang. We know that judges Falcone and Borsellino were two losers, outvoted by the currents and politicized by the left. We know that Falcone was to meet with the prosecutor in Moscow, working for an inquiry into the overlap of the financial channels to launder Mafia money and the release of the Soviets, including for the financing of the Italian Communist Party. We know, finally, that Borsellino was left alone in believing in the investigation Mafia-procurement conducted by the Carabinieri Ros and desired by Falcone. Him dead, dead in the investigation.

Put on-line facts, those two bombs took the lives of two servants, Giulio Andreotti sank in the race for the presidency, left the field open to the political use of the alleged (very allegedly) repentant Mafia, prepared by Luciano Violante, and handed over to the pool of Milan clean hands absolute monopoly in the incarnation of justice. There are then three possibilities: a. that there is no nexus between the mafia and the political actions; b. that the mafiosi are fools, so ditch those who favored them, c. that they are not at all, paving the way to those that they would be favorites. The first assumption is denied by all the journalism of the left, the second from common sense. There remains the third.

Between June 1992 and April of 1993 governs Giuliano Amato. Minister of Justice: Giovanni Conso. The latter draw up a decree to exit manipulitismo. The government agrees with Scalfaro. The decree was approved by the Council of Ministers. The Milan prosecutors are not addressed and signature Scalfaro. The blow to the State is still in progress.

Ciampi becomes head of government (not even the first to Parliament, so never elected by anyone) in April 1993. As Minister of Justice chooses Conso, just back from having taken the sganassone mentioned, five fingers. But Conso is a gentleman, and then did not say president, but if we reviewed together, line by line. He paused. From here on, the history is crucial.

Ciampi contends that the "massacres" were against him, but died, in all, ten people. May 14, by Faure, Rome: attack failed, no dead. May 27, Georgofili, Florence: 5 dead. July 27, Via Palestro, Milan: 5 dead. July 28, two bombs: San Giovanni in Laterano and San Giorgio in Velabro, Rome. Made so as not to victims. October 31, allegedly (we know only by unrepentant) terrorist attack at the Olympic Stadium, Rome. Failed. Immediately place later, in November 1993, Conso away from the Mafia prison term. End of the attacks. Now, do you think the mafia are just so incompetent that attacks with bombs that fail and are not dead? Or they were recalling a debt to pay? Those who had benefited from the death of Falcone and Borsellino, who repented from that emerge like mushrooms and tell bales? Ciampi's government lasted until May 1994, and the Mafia went into hibernation. After installing the non-humanitarian benevolence of Conso.

In 1994 there were elections, whose outcome should be obvious: the remote-controlled left was to win and govern as Ciampi, pro-business, not only Italian, and unaware of what he would do. Things went differently, Silvio Berlusconi won and the story took a different address. Well, if you want to rincitrullirvi bunga-bunga, whether v'attizzi or repulses you, make yourself comfortable as well: there's always room for fools. But if it interests you to know in which country you live, ask yourself one disturbing question: who ruled in 1993?
